Ku

Kung Fu

Prehistoric

Shaolin Temple

Wu Dak Dai

In the Qing Dynasty
Sing Long was the Abbot
Of a temple in Fujian
Which will be referred to as
Shaolin Temple.

This the Shaolin Temple in the South
The one that was burned down
Not on Mount Song or Po Tin

Sing Long had a student
Named Woo Duk Dai.
Who graduated the lay
Persons program.

Wishing to continue
His study of Kung Fu
Wu Duk Dai Travelled to
1000 monkey cave in
White Crane Mountain
in Yunnan Province
To continue practicing.

This location was
suggested by his Sifu
Sing Long.

Oftentimes he would
Return to Shaolin
To talk Kung fu
With his Sifu.

Learning more and more,
Practicing by himself.
Sometimes his Sifu would
read things aloud
but technically not teach him.

Wu Duk Dai reached a level
Where his movements were
soft like cotton
But his fingers like the needles within
Immovable as a mountain
But seemingly not there as if wind.

He brought this to the attention of
Sing Lung.
Sing Lung told him this was Mein lay jum.
And though Sing Lung had never reached this
Level, he had heard of it before from
The ancestors.

Wu dak dai was surprised by this.

One time, Wu duk dai got news
That Sing long was in bad health
And returned to see his Sifu before
he passed

Sing Long told Wu dak dai
That Wu dak dai need not worry
Because he had already passed on all of
Shaolin’s Kung Fu to him,
that meinlay jum
contained even the sacred contents
of the Going with tendons text (yik gun ging)
Something that was supposed to be reserved
only for the Abott of Shaolin to study
if he wished.

Wu Duk Dai was surprised by this,
And realized his Sifu must have circumvented
this law by reading the text aloud
and not actually teaching him
but by “accidentally” allowing him
to overhear it.

Wu Duk Dai is the founder of our
Shaolin branch of White Crane

Sing Long’s later students.
Jee Seen-(Iron head skill, eventually became
The next and last Abbot of this temple.)

Bak Mei (White Brow)- Eventually would
Move to Ngau Mei Mountain
and be considered
the greatest fighter of his generation
Founder of Bak Mei Pai, the counter to the
Kung Fu he learned in Shaolin temple.
He would take many government
Officials as students. A conflict would ensue
Where he would kill his Kung Fu Brother
And Abbott of Shaolin
Jee Seen

Fung Do Duk
Would move to Wu Dang mountain
and open a system there.

Ng Moi
A woman learning near,
the Temple from Sing Long
But not allowed on Temple grounds as
She was a woman.
Raised in Shaolin Temple
She was the daughter of an Assasin for the Emperor
This group of assassins were all poisoned
By the Emperor at a banquet
to cover up the Empreor’s
involvement

Ng moi’s father got wind of it.
Too late to save himself he warned
others to save his family.
Though only Ng Moi was able to survive
By being brought to Shaolin as a baby.

As a teenager she learned of her past.
Breaking the laws of Buddhism
She ran away at age 18 and killed the
Emperor herself overcoming many troops
By means of kung fu and her light skills.

She then returned to around Shaolin
to become a nun. She later would roam as a nun
teaching women Kung Fu
Wing Chun was her student

Gracie Cheung

Gracie Cheung wanted me to start writing about her and Little Adam.
So I will now.
First I will explain the language of our world.
Jee do na lA (I know you.)
means I love you
Wun do la!(I found it) means the tv remote
So does hai been do? (where is it?)
Little Adam does not have a name yet
we listen to his kung fu practicing, but often times Gracie Cheung threatens to unplug me.

Her Dog's name is Gordo.
(but I walk him) along with her Ex. Which confuses the other dog owners in the neighborhood.

Gracie Cheung cooks the most delicious foods in all the world
just for me.

That is all for now.
