Walking
-36 strategies of war, running away is the first
Moving stances, training to run (light skills), low stances -all in defensive position. Moving meditation

defensive position-Straight-Punch- Kwa-uppercut-show varied ways to hold hands (palm spear crane, Tiger claw,etc)
