Meditation Workshop

As you listen to me drop into horse stance and bring your hands forward.
Let us first go over what we are going to do.

We will be standing here in horse stance meditation, the intensity of this excercise is all in your control. As we close are eyes I want to imagine you are before a great and frigid waterfall. Deafening, drowning out distractions in this room.
You will not feel the cold because you will be heating up from your horse stance, and bracing yorself against the water that is pelting you and the current trying to pull your feet out from under you. The pain you feel should only be the endorphins, know strain on the joints. Keep your back straight and relax. Your body is in a relaxing sauna, but the outside is the deafening waterfall, drowning out all else.
We will stay in this water fall a while through several poses

Our bodies will then pass through this water fall to a cave behind it. In this cave is a fire and you will discover you are an animal, you always have been, in a cave with other wild animals. Tigers Dragons Cranes leapords snakes, elephants horses, gorillas apes and monkeys. All different animals and combinations of them and variations, real and unreal are here and within you. Calmly follow me moving in a circle around the fire in a calm and entranced dance of your own kind. Learn and awaken to your movement. Go Slowly because you may not be used to moving in this way yet. Move slowly so as not to injure your self. Stretch your wings, arch your tiger back, Crouch and spring around the fire in the cave in in this moving meditation. The cave will grow and shrink and twist and turn into a Labrynth. Work on breathing as this creature that you are breaking a sweat, but careful not to hurt yourself.

We will then move to where we were and sit and move into sitting meditation, to recover. Sit in the posture that you see me sitting. Relax, keep you back straight and breathe through your nose. THink of nothing, but don't try. Remain here, your mind staying here realxing, if thoughts come let them pass. If it is necessary to open your eyes to stay here do so. then close them again. Don't worry if your body moves or others around you. Just sit in a deep meditation.
Keep a level heart, level and calm emotions and allow the oxygen to cirulate in your blood stream.

Keep Your conscious spirit and your heart as one.

We will meditate for 20 mintues or so.

Then I will tell you to open your eyes and you will follow me in some meditation excercises.
